Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). The ODPM is the Government Department currently tasked with introducing the Packs.

Law Society. This body regulates Conveyancers and Solicitors in the UK and is likely to play a substantial part in the control and management of HIP's in the UK.

National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

Royal Institute of Charterd Surveyors (RICS). Currently regulate surveyors and will contribute towards the training / monitoring of the newly formed Home Inspectors.
